Bio

Hi, I'm Alex. I graduated from Sydney Grammar School with an ATAR of 98.15 in 2017. Since then I've been tutoring high school students both privately and through volunteering services. I scored a Band 6 for Advanced English, Economics, Biology and Maths Extension 1. I'm currently in my second year at UNSW studying Commerce/Economics though I tutor a variety of subjects including Maths, Economics and Biology.

I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the chance to help others achieve their goals and maximise their potential. Often teachers can struggle to engage the material with the students so I do my best to tailor my methods to each individual's learning style. I believe that's it not all about the marks and other skills such as exam technique and time management are just as important as conquering the syllabus.

In my spare time I enjoy following sports such as basketball, tennis and golf. I also play guitar whenever I can and listen to music constantly.
