Hi, I'm Richard. I graduated from Chatswood High School with an ATAR of 95.50 in 2017 and achieving 3rd in the state for Biology. I am currently a second year at UNSW doing advanced science (honours) with a double major in genetics and pathology.
I have a passion for helping others understand concepts that they are unfamiliar or struggling with. I also have a passion for mentoring and nurturing individuals so that they can achieve their greatest potential. I have had ample experience in both areas as I have been a private tutor for 2 years now and was a science peer mentor for UNSW. My teaching method focuses on first getting students engaged and interested in the topic and then teaching content by understanding rather then memorisation.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, rock climbing and bouldering, and watching the latest releases on Netflix.
